As of 1 September 2024, Stefan Sommer, currently Director Marketing & Business Management EU at TPV, will succeed Thomas Schade as Vice President Europe, taking over the leadership of the Monitors Business Unit in Europe for both brands. Thomas Schade will continue to work in the organisation during the transition period until the end of the year to coordinate – together with Stefan Sommer – the transfer of responsibilities. Stefan Sommer, who has been with AOC since 2006 and joined MMD in 2011, brings extensive experience and a proven track record in the display industry to his new role. Reflecting on the transition, Thomas Schade stated, “It’s been an honour to contribute to AOC and MMD’s growth over the past decade and a half.
